Neokinesis Magnus

The special skill neokinesis grants all of the charcters in your group grants an addtional Level of Haste. For example, if a character has Neokinesis that grants Haste Lv2, with Neokinesis Magnus in play the Haste becomes lv3. Neokinesis Magnus stays in play for the entire game.
