Critical Mastery
From the Web Addendum Vol. I:
This Character has the Special Ability to overcome its rival’s Defense. A unit with Critical Mastery receives a Critical Hit on a result of 9 or 10 on any of its attacks. Critical Mastery only works on Hand-to-hand Combat attacks.
